1Steel wire braid hydraulic hose

It is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. Tube is made from oil resistant synthetic rubber, making hose have excellent performance in delivering hydraulic fluids. Reinforcement is made from one layer or multiple layers of high tensile steel wire braid, making hose bear high working pressure. And the high tensile reinforcement makes hose resistant to fatigue. Cover is made from oil, abrasion and corrosion resistant synthetic rubber, making hose have long service life.

2Steel wire spiral hydraulic hose

It is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. Tube is made from oil resistant synthetic rubber, making hose perform well in delivering hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil, emulsified oil and other hydraulic fluids. Reinforcement is made from one layer or multiple layers of high tensile steel wire spiral, making hose have solid structure and suitable for very high working pressure environment. Cover is made from oil, abrasion and corrosion resistant synthetic rubber, making hose suitable for harsh working environment.

3Fiber reinforced hydraulic hose

It is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. Tube is made from oil resistant synthetic rubber, making hose have outstanding performance in delivering various hydraulic fluids. Reinforcement is made from one layer or multiple layers of synthetic textile fiber, making hose lightweight and easy to handle. Cover is made from oil, abrasion and corrosion resistant synthetic rubber, making hose work well in harsh working environment.

4Thermoplastic hydraulic hose

It includes two kinds of hydraulic hoses: SAE 100 R7 hydraulic hose and SAE 100 R8 hydraulic hose. SAE 100 R7 hydraulic hose is composed of two parts: tube and reinforcement. Tube is made from nylon, making hose deliver hydraulic fluids smoothly. Reinforcement is made from nylon or thermoplastic. SAE 100 R8 hydraulic hose is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. Tube is made from hydraulic fluids resistant thermoplastic, making hose work well in delivering hydraulic fluids. Reinforcement is made from two layers of synthetic fiber braid, making hose lightweight and easy to handle. Cover is made from thermoplastic, making hose resistant to abrasion, corrosion, weather, ozone and aging.

5Stainless steel hydraulic hose

It is composed of two parts: tube and reinforcement. Tube is made from PTFE, which is resistant to hydraulic fluids. Reinforcement is made from one layer of high tensile stainless steel braid, making hose have high flexibility and high strength.
