SAE 100 R1 AT hydraulic hose is suitable for engineering machinery and hydraulic equipment.

Food grade rubber hoses are primarily used to transport edible dry food and drinkable (potable) liquids in industrial food and beverage processing applications, such as milk, beer, oil, fat ,wine, cider as well as alcohol. All our food-grade hoses are made from materials that meet or exceed FDA and USDA sanitary standards for food contact.

We can supply bulk food and beverage hoses and hose assemblies for your choice.

Bulk food grade rubber hoses are convenient for cutting into any length and hose assemblies can be used onto equipment immediately.

White smooth food-grade inner wall, which can effectively inhibit bacterial growth.
Good flexibility.
Anti-kink, abrasion resistance and stain resistance.
Wide range of applicable temperature.
Traceless rubber with abrasion resistant surface.
Can be disinfected with detergent and steam for a few minutes at temperatures not exceeding + 130°C.
Phthalate-free

Applications

Suitable for suction and discharge of various fluid foods, such as milk, beer, vegetable oil, oil, fat, red wine, fruit wine, fruit juice, 96% concentration alcohol, etc.
Especially suitable for liquid food transportation tankers, food processing and canning workshops
Ventilation pipeline for transporting products with temperatures up to 120°C in tank trucks (not suitable for compressed pipelines)
